On Saturday 10th July I was married and I chose to use your Limo services. I am writting you this email to ensure proper recognition can be given to our driver Murray. The service I received was exceptional. The professionalism showed was of the highest standard and I am forever grateful. Murray was marvellous. Sadly just as we were about to leave for our destination, one of the Bridesmaids suddenly began to feel unwell. During the journey she became violently sick. Murray stopped immediately and offered the most fantastic assistance. Nothing was too much trouble. He had on hand towels water vomit bags and absolutely everything needed to cope with the situation. I cannot express enough how truely wonderful he was. On our arrival to the Hyatt he continued to make me feel like a princess and ensured that the hiccup on the way did not spoil my day. Thank you so very much. I had also organised for a Limo to collect family and return them home following the celebrations. Although I was not present I was told that Rob was just as pleasant and helpful. Thankyou so much for helping to make my day so very special. Dear Golden Gate Limousines, We hired your limo service last Sunday (4th July) for transportation throughout the day. We were fortunate enough to have Murray as our driver for the day and wish to extend our sincere thanks and appreciation to him, as well as letting your company know about the exceptional service he provided to us on our special day. From the beginning of the day until the end, Murray went out of his way, well and truly beyond our expectations of his role to provide us with exceptional service. To begin the day, Murray ensured the wheels were covered, assisted me (the bride) to get to the limo and in the limo. He provided me with last minute essentials that I had forgotten including water, a towel to sit the flowers on so as to not damage my dress and tissues. On arrival at the church, as the bridesmaids were getting themselves ready to walk down the aisle, Murray ensured that I was calm, gave advice to my father so as to not stand on my dress and got my dress and train ready for me. After the ceremony, as we were having photographs around the grounds, Murray came and found me and offered me cold, bottled water which was much appreciated. When the photographer wanted to take photographs near the limo, Murray ensured that my dress was not getting damaged and changed the wheel covers. Before departing, Murray ensured the rest of the bridal party was taken care of with champagne, soft drinks and water. On arrival at our second photo shoot venue, we realised that we had taken a set of keys which were needed by my parents back at the church. As we were getting our photographs taken, Murray took control of the situation, arranging a cab to collect our keys and take them back to the church. This was definately above and beyond Murray\'s role and we were very appreciative. Please extend our gratitude to Murray personally, for his amazing service and attention to detail. He helped so much in making our day perfect, taking on extra roles and ensuring that nothing was too much trouble. He was extremely professional, helpful and well mannered. Hi! We would like to send a HUGE thankyou to your driver Murray, who looked after us on our wedding day on 27th March 2010. Not only was he there to calm my nerves before I got into the 300C Stretch Chrysler, he was also there to help me in and out of the car with my massive dress!! He was always the professional, and the little touches like the music playing when we all got in, the bottles of water handed to the bridal party after the service on an extreamly hot day, the carrying of my dress up the church steps and then making sure it was sitting correctly really went above and beyond my expectations. There was one point during the photo shoot where the young flower girls were getting restless and starting to play up.  All of a sudden they were both very quiet, and as we walked towards the car, here was Murray with a box of shapes, helping to keep them occupied!! Thankyou so much for all that you did for us on our day.  Even the last minute stop at the local bottle shop was no hassle!! Hello, We wanted to share our experiences with other people so they would know what they were getting from this company. We had planned our wedding ourselves, And we started it back in December 2008. With all the preperations going to plan, I had forgotten about the Wedding cars. 3wks to go and im emailing around, And getting Quotes, And all i got was -Sorry....We are booked out!. I finally got a hold of Golden Gate Limos - And to my surprise they had 2 available. Not only that, They had given us Quotes way cheaper then the ones we had before......I mean thay were like $500-$600 cheaper. On the final week we were getting problems left, right, and centre. The mens suits werent in yet, The bridesmaids dresses were mended wrong, What ever could go wrong, All went wrong. On Saturday 26/09, The Limos turned up on time. There were no hassles, No complaints. The drivers were very polite, Helpful, And we even enjoyed a few laughs together. Not only was i stress free, But this company had given us an upgrade on the vehicles without me knowing, And at no extra charge. This Company said to me when i asked for a quote, and i quote....We would like to be part of your Wedding. Well you guys were more than part of our Wedding, You guys were Angels. Hi, I just wanted to let you know how pleased we were with the services provided by three of your limo drivers on 21st June 08. The day was such a blur that I have forgotten their names but their level of professionalism and friendliness will definately not be forgotten. My driver was absolutely fantastic! He was always nearby offering to help. He did such a great job that I should have had him as my Bridesmaid - he filled the role very well as my bridesmaids ditched me all day long. He was even ready with a tissue and mirror to check the makeup when I shed a couple of tears. He was also got me ready before walking down the aisle - as my bridesmaids had already gone down...without me even out of the car yet! Words can\'t express how thankful I am. The other two drivers also did a fantastic job - the bridal party were very impressed! To top it all off, we had ordered 3 seven seaters but on the day we were given one seven seater and two eleven seaters - that was a bonus and they looked amazing. Barry was the first driver that I had when I picked John up from the airport in the 11 seater stretch as a surprise - I was the one who got the surprise!!! Because I had to change my pick-up address at short notice, Barry arrived in the 11 seater when it was meant to be the 7 seater!!! I was blown away and Barry was so helpful in carrying out my plan, even playing a CD of Lionel Richie for me! Everything went so smoothly and the timing of it all was perfect! The second driver, Tony who drove us from the Hilton to the concert was a real comedian and he made our evening even more special. I asked him to play my Lionel Richie CD on the way to the concert but the response that I got was "Don't worry about the CD, it's been taken care of". I had no idea what he was talking about but I'm not one to argue. When we got into the limo, the Lionel Richie DVD was playing! That was absolutely FANTASTIC!!!!!!! That was our very first time ever in a limousine. I had saved hard to make it a memorable evening for me and my very best friend and your company certainly gave us a night we'll never forget for as long as we live!!! Lionel Richie said that he'll return next year and I will most definately be calling your company again for your services! My party of eight passengers experienced a most enjoyable time attending a concert last night, the unanimous highlight being your tremendous service with special thanks to Barry, our driver. For the majority of us it was the first time we had elected to travel by limousine, however after the efficient and courteous service we received, it certainly won't be the last! Barry was prompt, extremely patient whilst waiting for late passengers to show up, played and changed the preselected music by request (at the requested volume) and drove with style & grace. The vehicle was everything and more than we expected with it's luxurious interior trimmings setting the mood for an evening that won't be forgotten. Finally, after the tedious cueing we have experienced so many times previously in our own vehicles, it was a pleasant change to beat the traffic to and from the entertainment centre.
